Flows
Flows are the dashboard's visual automations. Through the API you trigger a flow that has the "API" trigger for a contact, and list flows to find the id. Building and editing a flow is the dashboard editor's job.
A connected site starts flows too: it reports its events to POST /site-events, and
every flow with the site event trigger listening to that name receives the event.
