Overview
Joinotify is a WordPress plugin that turns events on your site into WhatsApp messages. A paid WooCommerce order, a submitted form, a new user — each of those can start a workflow that sends the right message at the right moment, without anyone opening WhatsApp.
Workflows are assembled in a visual builder: drag the trigger in, connect the actions, save. No code required for the common case.
Installing it and building workflows costs nothing. What you subscribe to is the Joinotify Cloud plan, which carries the allowance of WhatsApp numbers, the message cap and the key that authorises sending. The plugin composes the message; the plan delivers it. See Connecting the site to your account.
What you can build
- Text and media messages — with visual formatting (bold, italic, emoji) converted automatically to WhatsApp's own syntax, and attachments taken from the media library, a URL or the order's own digital files.
- Conditions and branches — the workflow splits on order status, cart total, purchased product or any condition the trigger exposes.
- Delays and scheduling — wait 7 days after delivery to ask for a review, or fire at a fixed date and time.
- Loops — walk a collection and send one message per item, such as one digital file per message.
- Artificial intelligence — generate a whole workflow from a text description and write dynamic messages with the model's help.
Beyond the builder, the plugin ships message history with filters, passwordless login (OTP) by a code sent over WhatsApp, and export/import of every setting as a JSON file.

How messages leave the site
Delivery goes through a channel. The plugin ships more than one and picks which to use from your settings:
- WhatsApp (Cloud API) — Meta's official API, delivered by Joinotify Cloud. This is the recommended path.
- WhatsApp (Evolution) — the legacy QR Code relay. Still works for anyone who has not migrated yet.
- Telegram and e-mail (Resend) — extra channels available as builder actions.

Extensible with PHP alone
The whole system is extensible through WordPress filters: actions, action categories, triggers, integrations, conditions, placeholders, settings tabs and REST routes. None of it requires touching the plugin core or writing JavaScript.
