Installation

The plugin is not published on WordPress.org — the download comes from our site.

Download the plugin

Back up first

Always back up the site before installing any theme or plugin. UpdraftPlus does it for free.

From the admin dashboard​

  1. Open your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Plugins → Add plugin.
  3. Click Upload plugin and pick the .zip file you downloaded.
  4. Click Install now and wait.
  5. Click Activate plugin.

Over FTP​

  1. Unzip the .zip file on your computer.
  2. Connect to the server over FTP.
  3. Navigate to wp-content/plugins.
  4. Upload the unzipped plugin folder.
  5. In the dashboard, go to Plugins → Installed plugins, find Joinotify and click Activate.

After activating​

The Joinotify menu appears in the WordPress sidebar, with the All workflows, Add new workflow, History, Processing queue, Settings and License submenus. From there:

  1. Connect the site to your account by pasting the license.
  2. Set up the transport and the sender number.
  3. Create your first workflow under Joinotify → Add new workflow.
Upgrading from a 1.x release

Workflows created on earlier versions are migrated automatically on the first load after the update. Nothing has to be rebuilt by hand.
