Compatibility
The plugin reuses WordPress core wherever it can and talks to the rest of the site through hooks — that is what lets it coexist with themes and plugins it knows nothing about.
Plugins with native integration
Each one shows up as a card under the Applications settings tab and, once enabled, offers its triggers in the workflow builder.
- WooCommerce — orders, statuses, refunds, coupons and digital products
- WooCommerce Subscriptions — subscription lifecycle
- Elementor — form submissions (Elementor Pro)
- WPForms — form submissions and PayPal payments
- Flexify Checkout for WooCommerce — checkout and cart recovery
- WordPress — registration, login, password reset and post status changes

Which WhatsApp channel is used depends on the transport setting — see Delivering through Joinotify Cloud. Third parties can register new channels; see Developer resources.
Artificial intelligence providers
The builder's AI features work with OpenAI and Anthropic. The active provider is chosen under Settings → General, and the credentials live in the Applications tab.
Found a problem?
If you run into an incompatibility, report it so we can investigate. Before that, it is worth going through Troubleshooting — most cases turn out to be a plugin conflict or a stale cache.
