Minimum requirements
The plugin depends on a few platform and server components to work in full.

PHP 7.4 is checked at boot: below that the plugin does not load. WooCommerce is optional — only required if you use the store triggers. The plugin is tested up to WordPress 7.0.
The plugin declares HPOS compatibility (orders stored in dedicated tables) from WooCommerce 7.1 onwards.
PHP extensions and limits
The values below cover the workflow builder, media sending and message scheduling. Almost every host already provides them; when something falls short, the symptom is usually an admin screen that never loads or a send that only fails with large files.

WP-Cron
Message scheduling (wait times, fixed date and time) and the retry queue depend on WP-Cron being active.
On sites with DISABLE_WP_CRON turned on, set up a real server cron hitting wp-cron.php.
Without it, delayed messages sit in the queue and never leave.
