Apply a tag in bulk
POST/contacts/tags/apply
Adds or removes a tag on many contacts at once: by a list of ids (up to 1,000) or by
the same filters as GET /contacts — one or the other. affected counts only who
changed. It starts no flows and fires no webhooks.
An API key limited to some numbers gets 403: this operation covers the whole base.
