Open an import

POSThttps://api.joinotify.com/contacts/imports

A record that follows a large import made in several batches: send its id as options.importId in each POST /contacts/batch and the counters add up here. Close it with PATCH when done.

An API key limited to some numbers gets 403: this operation covers the whole base.
