Get a scheduled message

GET 
/messages/scheduled/:id

State of a scheduled message. Once sent, messageId carries the wamid to follow delivery through GET /messages/status/{messageId}.

Resource does not exist (not_found).

Payload failed validation (invalid_request, detailed in issues) or was rejected by Meta (meta_error, with the original body in meta).
