Create endpoint

/webhook-endpoints

Registers a URL to receive events. The signing secret appears only in this response.

Leaving events empty subscribes to every event. The wabaId and phoneNumberId filters narrow delivery to one account or number.

In production the URL has to be HTTPS and public: we reject http:// and private hosts such as localhost, 127.*, 10.*, 192.168.* and *.internal.

Missing, malformed, unknown or revoked token (authentication), or a suspended account (tenant_inactive).

Payload failed validation (invalid_request, detailed in issues) or was rejected by Meta (meta_error, with the original body in meta).
