Rotate secret

/webhook-endpoints/:id/rotate-secret

Generates a new secret. The switch is immediate: the next delivery is already signed with it.

There is no grace period where both secrets work. Publish the new one on your server before rotating, or accept that a few deliveries fail and get retried.
