Delivery history, with the HTTP status and body your server returned. This is where you investigate why an event never arrived.
Filter by status: failed to see what exhausted all six attempts.

Missing, malformed, unknown or revoked token (authentication), or a suspended
account (tenant_inactive).
Payload failed validation (invalid_request, detailed in issues) or was
rejected by Meta (meta_error, with the original body in meta).
