List endpoints

/webhook-endpoints

Lists the registered endpoints. The signing secret is not returned — use GET /webhook-endpoints/{id}/secret.

failureCount and disabledAt reveal endpoints in trouble: 50 consecutive failures disable an endpoint automatically.

Missing, malformed, unknown or revoked token (authentication), or a suspended account (tenant_inactive).
